The Trans PULSE Survey is out! We are documenting how discrimination affects trans people's health and we need as many trans people as possible to participate.

WE WANT TO HEAR FROM YOU (and 3 of your friends)

The way the survey works is simple. You'll receive a coupon from a friend who has completed the survey. Once you complete the survey (online, on paper, or by phone) you will get coupons that you need to give to 3 other trans people you know. You will also get a $20 gift card when you complete the survey.

Passing on the survey is important! If you don't pass it on then it ends with you and so does the opportunity for us to make change for our communities.
